You can catch the freeze at 1:31 in the video as I've shown FPS and other information on the left side of the screen in yellow. The only way I can remedy this situation is to place the GTA V game install on the same drive as my OS and the Rockstar Social Club installation. My guess is the Samsung EVO 960 250GB M.2 NVMe SSD that I have is just too fast for a regular SSD to keep up with. But it doesn't explain why I don't have this problem with Watchdogs 2 as it is completely on the regular SSD along with the Uplay application and launcher. I am running Windows 7 Professional 64bit. Also the model they have loaded seems to be more blocky and lower resolution than the regular GTA V characters. So I just decided to use the regular characters as it just looks better to me.
